FAQs

Key questions, answered

What does the warranty cover?

A structural manufacturer’s warranty applies by range (Classic / Untreated Pine and Heavy Duty Treated Pine: 1 year; Premium Hardwood: 3 years; Metal Frame: see its guide). This is in addition to - and does not limit - your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Surface finishes and ordinary wear require periodic maintenance. See the Warranty Statement for full terms.

How do I care for my furniture?

Keep timber clean and free of standing water, and re-oil or re-coat periodically depending on exposure. Each range has its own care guide above; the Quick Care Guide is sent with every order.

Which timber should I choose?

Classic / Untreated Pine suits undercover settings; Heavy Duty Treated Pine (H3) suits exposed and commercial use; Premium Hardwood (Class 1 Australian hardwoods) offers the longest expected outdoor life; Metal Frame adds a robust steel frame. The Product Selection Guide walks you through it.

Do you deliver and install?

Yes - Australia-wide delivery is available, or collect from our West Gosford, NSW workshop. Installation can be arranged for commercial sites.

How do I get pricing?

AusCraft is quote-first. Use Design My Table or request a quote and we reply with pricing and lead time for your exact specification.
